Nagpabili na ako ng ingredients, kaso mali yung part ng chicken na nabili so next time na lang daw ang Chicken Cordon Bleu na dapat iluluto ko at dahil nabili na yung mga ingredients, nagdesisyon akong maghalungkat ng fridge na isasama ko sa chicken na nabili for the cordon bleu sana, nakakita ako ng string beans, then naalala ko na may oyster sauce pa sa pantry kaya naisipan kong magluto ng chicken and mushroom in oyster sauce with string beans. Let me share to you how it is made, you can try it if you want to. =D
- 3pcs chicken (thigh part) cut it into 1 inch thick strip
- string beans
- a can of sliced mushroom
- 3-4 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2pc onions
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 20g butter
- salt and paper to taste
- half a cup of water
After preparing the ingredients, you can now heat the pan and lower the heat and now put the butter. Next, put the onions first then the garlic and saute. Mas mabilis kasi masunog ang garlic kaya yun ang dapat unahin. Isunod ang mushrooms and saute ulit. Put some oil para di masunog ang butter, then afterwards you can now put the string beans and some water then cover. Let is simmer under medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Medyo matagal kasing maluto ang string beans so i will help to shorten the cooking time kung tatakpan mo yun pan. =D
Uncover and lower the heat after 3-5 minutes, and let it simmer until the sauce is reduced and thickens. While waiting, season the chicken with salt and pepper, if the sauce is ready you can now put the chicken. Put the oyster sauce and water. Then put the flour for the sauce to thicken.
